AJS has made several new appointments and added a new website and a range of new products for embroiderers.
Tony Dorsey has been promoted to managing director, with Alan Sisson taking on the role of president in an advisory role until his retirement in a few years time. "Dorsey has a long working history with Tajima and AJS and will be using all his technical knowledge and business skills to take AJS forward and towards a prosperous future," said the company.
Other new appointments have been made to further strengthen AJS's technical and sales activities within the UK, which will be announced in due course.
A new website - www.ajs-embroidery.co.uk - has been developed, featuring the latest available products and services; up to date news items; and contact details. A simple product catalogue can also be downloaded
New products include the Hoopmaster Garment Framer and the latest software release from Pulse Microsysytems, ‘Embroidery i2' to work on both a PC and MAC platform within ADOBE.
