UKL exclusive Phase One Performance delivers technical training kit manufactured using the latest sports fabrics, ensuring ease of care, comfort and most importantly the ability to dress all teams from the under 11's through to the seniors and coaches in the same kit. The Phase One range is used by both professional and amateur teams across the UK.

Sure fire winners so far have been the PH27/PH27B and PH29/PH29B shower-proof tracksuit top and pants and the PH68/PH68B training sweatshirt manufactured from the latest hydrophilic (moisture wicking) fabrics.

The collection also includes wet and dry training tops and bottoms and swimwear.

Phase One's sister brand Nusport also provides great collections of towelling and velour tracksuits as well fitted polo shirt and short combinations (NS54 / NS30) perfect for badminton, volleyball and netball teams, says UKL.

Newly launched in the UK exclusively through UKL, American sportswear brand Alo utilises an array of technical and performance fabrics, bamboo jersey blends, bamboo lyocell and cotton spandex to create a lightweight, breathable jersey fabric. This fabric features naturally inherent properties that wick moisture and is naturally anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic and breathable with no added chemical treatments.

Circle Knit Jacquard is one of the most common performance fabrications in the Alo men's line, used both face-up and face side down for contrast texture. The fabric back has thin recessed textured circles that create a faint pattern on the face of the fabric. Heavier in weight but very breathable, it features CoolFit dry wicking capability which draws moisture away from the wearer.

The latest technical sportswear to hit the UKL racks is the Coolactive range. Launching exclusively through UKL in March the whole collection is based on the Coolmax fibre.

This unique fibre has a greater surface area than traditional polyester and actually has channels that run the length of the fibre drawing moisture away from the body and onto the surface of the garment where the wearer's body heat causes it to evaporate.

The initial range comprises both 100% Coolmax and 50% Coolmax / 50% Cotton blends across long and short sleeved T shirt styles, training tops and running vests. The range will be expanded later in the year to include sweatshirting and body armour. The collection comes in core team colours White, Red, Black, Royal and Navy Blue.

Brand new for 2008 is a selection from Cutter and Buck, the premium U.S. sportswear brand. Taking the finest materials as their starting point, from sumptuous cottons and custom designs to ingenious microfibres and performance fabrics they build distinguished marks of quality into every style. Performance is key to their products, as is their devotion to style, comfort and fit.

The range available from UKL includes male and female styles, Microfibre, 100% Pima Cotton and Pima Cotton blends featuring CB Drytec and CB Weathertec finishes

Kustom Kit's Gamegear range has grown this year to include a new track short, top and pants.

To further compliment the range of sportswear available from UKL is Gunn and Moore, a cricket range for youths and adults.

In order help decorators maximise their opportunities within the sportswear market UKL has introduced a Sportswear Directory; a concise compendium of the key sporting lines available form UKL. These directories have no reference to UKL and contain no prices. They are available at 25 pence per copy.
