Druch Tech has used new designs and concepts in making the diaphragm table - its new pneumatic heat-press.
This final solution works very well, says Druch Tech, and has proven to have many advantages over the manual heat-press system.
Firstly, it can achieve a high pressure (0,5-0,7 kp/cm2), making it suitable for those materials that need a high pressure that cannot be achieved by using a manual heat press.
The pressure is also equal on every part of the table, and the press is easy to open and to close. The parameters of the ironing (pressure, temperature, time) can also be reproduced.
According to Druch Tech the machine equalises the differences in the thickness of the material, removing the need for inlays and thus speeding up the process. The transfer picture can be also ironed near to buttons or zippers. "Sewings are also no longer a problem, not even caps with sewing in the middle," it says.
The heat press uses a minimal amount of compressed air and also works with a lower output compressor.
Druch Tech adds: "We introduced this machine into the market two years ago and gained full marks for it from our customers. Apart from Hungary, it got to many countries in Europe and also to South- Africa."
