Screen printing machinery supplier MHM Direct and dryer manufacturer Adelco used this year's Printwear & Promotion exhibition as an opportunity to launch their new partnership.
The two established suppliers are now working together in the UK, offering presses and dryers across the scale of the industry, from the start-ups to the high volume print shops.
MHM's John Potter said: "Adelco are tried and tested and the two companies and products work well together. We don't want to sell loads of bog standard products; we want a few 'Rolls Royce' products. And here we've got two world leading products together - it's the perfect combination."
Adelco's Mark Smith said that since the partnership began six months ago, sales of Adelco dryers have tripled.
Both felt that the partnership worked well for them at the exhibition, as Smith explained: "At the shows you meet guys who have been running their Adelco dryers and MHM machines for decades. But it's the first time we've worked a show together, it's been brilliant."
Potter added: "Some of the bigger print shops have turned up this year. The new partnership has been well received by the market and we've had some strong enquiries.
"From a maintenance point of view, the partnership means customers now have the benefit of two sets of technicians and the support of two companies, where previously they just had one."
