The British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) will be launching a number of initiatives at the Promotional Marketing Exhibition 2008.
New BPMA Awards categories
Several new categories will be announced for the annual BPMA Awards, which recognise excellence across various criteria in the industry. They will include Best Green Product, Best Member Benefit, Best Supplier and Best Distributor and Lifetime Achievement Award.
The BPMA Entrepreneur of the Industry Award 2008 launch
The BPMA will be officially launching the search for The Entrepreneur of the Industry 2008. As the nationwide search for the most dynamic individual from the promotional marketing industry begins the BPMA will be inviting entrants from across the industry.
Hot Product Zone
The BPMA Hot Product Zone is the Association's showcase of the industry's latest, most innovative and market leading products which will be featured on the BPMA stand.
As Gordon Glenister, director general of the BPMA commented: "Innovative products are the lifeblood of our industry. This showcase is a demonstration of the creativity and success promotional merchandise bring to any marketing campaign."
Advanced membership
Visitors to the BPMA stand will be able to discover all the benefits that the BPMA offers especially those enjoyed by advanced members.

The BPMA will have its IT expert on hand to guide visitors through all the capabilities of the website and see the benefits they can enjoy including all the latest developments.
Source-e Survey
Following the success of the ‘What's on your desk' and ‘What's in your brief-case' surveys, the BPMA in conjunction with Source-e will reveal the findings of a new survey illustrating the power and prominence of promotional merchandising.
