We are all excited about this year's event, not least the inclusion of the inaugural Excellence Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner, which takes place on the Monday night of the exhibition (3rd March). No doubt there'll be a few sore heads at the exhibition the following day...

Returning to this month's issue, starting on page 40 we bring you all the latest styles in school and children's wear ahead of the busy post summer back to school period, as well as some funky urban styles on pages 56-65. There is also a section on embroidery and embroidery accessories starting on page 71, with a piece looking at how the industry has changed over the years.

This month's climate change piece is particularly interesting, with tips on how to get the most out of your ‘green' products through effective communication. Continuing the ‘green' theme, our ethical production piece looks at the issue of packaging - and how the industry could (and perhaps should) be doing more to minimise its use. And there's something a bit different this month, with a profile on pages 33-36 of a UK textiles testing lab, which is the UK's exclusive Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certifying body.

And of course there's all the usual features and news, as well as profiles on distributor Quayside and schoolwear manufacturer Rowlinson. Happy reading!
