Drew Brady & Co Ltd has re-vitalised its Workforce brand website – www.wforce.co.uk – ensuring that customer requirements were the main focus in the design phase.
The new design incorporates a user specific login system, which, when activated, not only gives access to all the information available online but immediately recognises the unique signature and uploads any customer specific information such as previous order history or delivery address details.
Customers can update their details online and change their security settings as regularly as they wish.
“The design was aimed at fulfilling the fundamental requirements of the customer; to be able to order quickly and efficiently and be 100% confident of the timely arrival of the order,” said the company.
With this in mind, the ordering process has been simplified. Each style has its own page with lifestyle and product detail images, together with a comprehensive product description section.
Large colour ‘swatches’ provide an instant visual representation of the colour range and there is a simple yet effective order ‘grid’ where all options are immediately visible.
Immediately an order has been received it is acknowledged by email, which states the order number, styles and quantities ordered, and confirms all the details. A further email is sent automatically confirming despatch and detailing the couriers tracking number for the consignment.
