BTC activewear entered three teams in the recent Promota Celebrity Golf Clasic to raise money for SPARKS – a charity which funds pioneering medical research that has a practical, positive impact on the lives of babies and children.
Played at the Windlesham Golf Club in Surrey, BTC activewear were joined by a number of customers and celebrities including goalkeeping legend Ray Clemence, and entertainers Roger de Coursey and Kenny Lynch.
Phil Roberts, BTC activewear’s northern sales office manager said: “Despite having the biggest presence, nobody from our three teams managed to win the longest drive competition, which we were sponsoring! However, we all enjoyed a great day’s golf and collectively helped raise some much-needed funds for the SPARKS charity.”
