“Sales from this year point towards a growing interest in teamwear that emphasises unity – so our 2008 range concentrates on colours and details to provide matching outfits for teams,” explains Phil Hurley, Tombo brand manager. “This has also prompted us to increase the number of colour stories for 2008: there will be three new combinations available. As well as this, we are introducing five new products for women (TL33, 44, 66, 68 & 94), and nine new unisex products (TL63, 64, 65, 69, 70, 71, 81, 95 & 96) which will all be available in various colour combinations.

“We’ve also responded to feedback by separating existing tracksuits TL40, 40B and 43 so they can be bought as separate tops and bottoms.”

With the European Football Finals next year, Tombo is gearing up for a surge in sales and says it can offer finely honed pieces, such as the TL01 crew neck football shirt, with contrast side panels, ribbed cuffs and twin needle hems. This can be combined with the TL30 football short, which is available in matching colours.

Another set to look out for is the TL04 short sleeve performance football shirt and the TL32 performance football short, which both come with a specially designed Moisture Management System, as well as performance mesh panelling which allows the skin to breathe even during the most intense activity.
