Modern styling, maximum insulation and proven anti-pilling performance – Beechfield says its range of Suprafleece headwear and accessories delivers all this and more, making it the ideal medium for corporate or promotional messages this winter.
Each style is made from the same warm and comfortable 100% polyester anti-pilling Suprafleece fabric. Furthermore, Beechfield has selected core corporate colourways across the range, so pieces may be mixed and matched to create a fully co-ordinated look, for gift sets, corporate wear, and retail applications.
The B225 Suprafleece Eiger Cap is fit for the mountains, it says. A fold-down flap, finished with contrast colour binding, augments the six-panel baseball cap design, and provides maximum protection against cold winds or driving snow, while the elasticated back ensures a snug fit on most head sizes.
For customers that prefer a winter hat to a cap, Beechfield offers the B243 Suprafleece Ski Hat and B244 Suprafleece Summit Hat. The Ski Hat (one size only) has a deep turn up that can be adjusted for height, while the Summit Hat (in sizes S/M and L/XL) is based on the popular beanie style. Heavy gauge overlock boosts the hat’s fashion appeal.
For something that little bit different Beechfield suggests opting for the B241 Suprafleece Headband or B285 Suprafleece Hat/Neck Warmer. The Headband is a must-have for the winter sports market says Beechfield. It makes a great ski holiday souvenir, is perfect for winter holiday promotions, just the thing for ski resort staff, and equally suitable for any outdoor activity in cold weather – from winter golf to fell walking. It is cut to cover the ears and is elasticated to cater for most head sizes.
The B285 is two products in one. The tube of Suprafleece fabric has a drawcord and toggle at one end: tighten the toggle and you have a stylish ski hat; loosen the toggle, then pull the garment over your head and you have a cosy neck warmer. Ice blue is a fashionable colour option that will have special appeal for women.
For more traditional neck protection there is the B290 Suprafleece Geneva Scarf, or B291 Suprafleece Dolomite Scarf. The B290 measures 150 x 25cm, has modern rounded corners and attractive stitch detail at the hem. The B291 has the classic tassel finish at both ends, and is the only other style to be offered in ice blue.
Everybody needs a pair of gloves in winter, and Beechfield claims there is no better choice than the B295 Suprafleece Thinsulate Gloves. As their name suggests, the gloves incorporate a Thinsulate insulation layer. (Thinsulate is one of the best known and most effective microfibre insulation fabrics on the market. As such it is used and endorsed by both the Canadian and US Alpine Ski Teams.) The gloves carry Thinsulate branding and are elasticated at the wrist to maximise heat retention. They are available in sizes S/M and L/XL and promise warm hands all winter.
For those customers not requiring Thinsulate insulation the unisex B296 Suprafleece Alpine Gloves provide plenty of warmth and are available in three sizes – S, M/L and XL.
Roger McHugh, Beechfield director, says: “Suprafleece headwear and accessories offer valuable add-on sales opportunities over the winter period. Each item is simple to embroider, and coordinated hat, scarf and gloves sets can be specified in matching or complementary contrasting colours. No winter jacket order is complete without them.”
