Digital transfer specialist Xpres has added a World Champion to its burgeoning customer base. Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor is the most successful darts player of all time and currently ranked number 1 in the world, with a string of titles to his name including 13 World Championships, eight World Matchplays and seven World Grand Prix.
But away from the darts circuit, he runs Phil Taylor Promotions – a company specialising in personalised clothing and gifts.
Xpres marketing director Mark Robinson said: “Phil was looking to incorporate a digital transfer system into his business and we were delighted when he called Xpres to investigate the options available. Following a full system demonstration, Phil signed up for our Ultragraphics system and the Versacamm wide format printer and cutter”.
According to Xpres, Taylor has a particular fondness for the Kustom Kit 175 Gamegear Team shirt, which he thinks is the perfect shirt for darts.
Xpres also announced that its Xpres Cut, Ultragraphics and Sublimation systems are now compatible with Macs running Photoshop or Illustrator.
And the Xpres technical team is on hand to provide full support to customers with Macs.
