With summer only just over, thoughts are already turning to the promotional industry’s biggest season – Christmas. Research shows that what companies struggle with is not just finding a product with the right price tag, but also finding a product that will not just be discarded in the New Year rubbish. Time and time again promotional products meet the first or second criteria, but rarely both.
Mumbles, however, claims to be different, with a family of promotional teddy bears and teddy bear clothes that “has been lovingly designed and carefully chosen to ensure that quality is upheld as well as meeting exact market demand”.
Mumbles brand director Nicci Persey says: “In previous years, orders leading up to and during the Christmas rush have been huge, and we expect this year to be no different.
“One well-known hotel chain has been leaving branded Binx keyrings on its pillows for a number of years, and another big company used Monty in a Christmas-related promotion last year. Customer feedback has always pointed to the same thing: they choose Mumbles because each bear is so carefully designed, with a buzzing bee ear pin, huge grin and Mumbles tag on every one.”
There are 10 teddy bear styles to choose from, from classic Bracken bear (MM01) who comes in three sizes, to tiny Binx (MM23), a handy keyring predressed in a white t-shirt. There’s even a bear with a concealed hand clip in his paw (MM04), perfect for delivering those important Christmas cards!
There were two new additions to the family in 2007, Otis (MM05), an oatmeal-coloured bear available in two sizes; and medium-sized MM12 Golf Tiger, who’s smartly turned out in a coloured contrast tee and matching cap and trousers. MM12 also comes with a realistic golf bag and clubs and is perfect for the golfing enthusiasts within your customer’s company or its clients.
Most of the bears come undressed, so to maximise personalisation potential, there’s a wide range of clothes to pick from and decorate. T-shirt styles include the MM71, which is available in a multitude of colours and sizes. There’s also a cute duffle coat (MM86) and dressing gown (MM87), amongst others. All are perfect for creating that personal touch, says Mumbles.
