Printwear & Promotion magazine has become the only publication in its market to have a 100% individually requested distribution.
Following extensive work on the readership database, an impressive 5,550 individuals now specifically request the magazine every month, making it their book of choice.
It is now the only magazine in its market with an independently audited and increasing readership figure, which is now not only 100% verifiable, but also 100% requested.
Publishing Director Andrew Castle, who led the readership work, said: “Printwear & Promotion continues to offer the highest quality circulation, the highest distribution figure and now the highest requested readership of any magazine in its field – and this is reflected in excellent response levels for advertisers.”
He added: “In achieving the 100% requested distribution we have attained what most publishers only aspire to – we are delighted not least because of what this means for our advertisers and the promotional coverage that it now ensures. Heavy investment in circulation development across our full portfolio during the past 12 months has undoubtedly, and in P&P’s case, spectacularly paid off.”
In order to satisfy this increasing demand for the UK’s leading publication to the decorated clothing and promotions market, the magazine’s print run will be increased to 6,000 copies from July 2007.
The Printwear & Promotion exhibition also reflects these outstanding figures. The 2007 event achieved record exhibitor and visitor numbers, as well as the highest level of on-stand sales ever recorded.
Printwear & Promotion 2008, which runs from March 2-4 in Hall 9 at the NEC, is set to continue this trend, with over 50% of the available space already sold or reserved.
The introduction of an industry awards and gala dinner to run during the 2008 exhibition will further confirm this as the premier event to the garment decoration and promotional merchandise industry (see 'The Printwear & promotion Industry Awards & Gala Dinner' story for more details).
