With the New Year quickly approaching, family-run school uniform wholesaler Innovation Schoolwear is making some exciting new changes.
From improving the management of online ordering to growing the range of products in its catalogue, the wholesaler is ensuring it continues to deliver the exceptional quality and great value it has become known for, for an even better customer service experience in 2019.
New lines
From pre-school to high school, Innovation Schoolwear aims to provide uniform and accessories for every age, stage, and extra-curricular activity. Each year, the wholesaler looks to expand its range of products by reviewing feedback and reflecting customer needs. In response to customer comments from this year, three brand new lines are now in stock or are anticipated to arrive from January 2019:
1) Innovation’s modern suited style blazer, the Refined blazer is available for both boys and girls in black and navy. It has a left chest pocket with an easy access zip system for adding a school badge or embroidery and two jetted flap pockets with several handy internal pockets.
2) The UK made half elastic waist, plain fronted slim fit shorts offer another fit to their range of hard wearing and stain resistant boys shorts and trousers. To start, the slim fit shorts are being stocked in black and grey.
3) Perfect for little hands and fitting beautifully into the mesh pockets of the infant backpack, the infant 450ml bottles help keep young children hydrated throughout the day and are BPA free and dishwasher safe. Plus, they also feature a handy name bar and lid with a protective dust cap, putting an end to lost caps and pesky leaks and spillages.
New colours
Innovation Schoolwear is adding to the spectrum of school uniform shades on offer with new colours available on selected products.
The 2018 release of Phoenix poly/cotton mix sweatshirts and cardigans are now stocked in 11 versatile shades; having added colours black, emerald, and jade to fulfil even more school uniform requirements through 2019.
The smart and comfortable Innovation Schoolwear heavyweight polo shirt now comes in orange, bringing it to seventeen shades stocked in 16 sizes, and the ever-popular knitted cardigan will be available in nine colours with a brand new black cardigan coming in January. The UK made boys sturdy shorts are now also stocked in black in all sizes.
There are also more options for matching school accessories; water bottles with a maroon lid in both 450ml and 750ml sizes and emerald and jade shoe bags.
New website
February will also see the launch of the all new and improved Innovation Schoolwear website.
Designed to make it even easier for B2B customers to view and manage their orders and account, view their account balance, credit limit, print statements and copy invoices; the new website will also allow customers to see live stock levels 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round. The web team at Innovation Schoolwear has also implemented a system to enable retailers to monitor out of stock items, and check when they will next be in stock, to make ordering faster and even more convenient.
