A well trusted brand in the DTG industry Resolute Ink™ is about to launch a new high opacity white textile ink into the market. Owned and manufactured in the UK by Resolute DTG, Resolute Ink™ has been the preferred ink for many DTG printers across Europe for the past five years. The original Resolute Ink™ designed for older DTG printers without circulation is set to remain on sale for the next 12 months, it’s RST technology was well ahead of its competitors when launched five years ago.
As time moves on demands for brighter more flexible white inks have increased with the majority of DTG printers now having white ink circulation. Resolute’s own R-Jet 5 DTG printer pioneered circulation with its iWICS system “intelligent white ink control system” introduced almost three years ago. This uses two specially designed ink pumps to circulate the white ink through the whole system including the cartridges and maintain pressure without wasting a single drop of ink. This eliminates the need to drain or flush a system reducing wasted ink. Due to the efficiency of the iWICS system the bulk ink cartridges don’t need to be removed to be shaken which also cuts down on air ingress into the ink lines and wear and tear on rubber seals.
The R-Jet 5 DTG printer can run on traditional DuPont© Atistri™ textile ink, its own version of iWICS white ink and now the newly formulated Resolute White Opaque with Resolute CMYK. Coupled together with a brand new profile bundled into the Resolute RIP software allows R-Jet 5 users to buy ink at the lowest possible prices in Europe and in a few weeks’ time the USA.
At £155.00 RRP per litre for the white ink and £143.00 RRP per litre for the CMYK it is by far the most economical solution. It’s cost is in no way a reflection of its high quality manufacturing standards, exclusive supply from Resolute DTG and Ralawise allows for stringent quality control procedures to be kept in place.
Summer offer extended – £3000 pre-treatment machine included while stocks last.
