Meesha Group has unveiled a new sublimation T shirt under the brand BigiDeer.

This T shirt is made from a percentage blend of SubYarn polycotton which has been engineered to allow the dye sublimation ink to diffuse to the fibres of the fabric while still allowing the fabric to breathe.

It offers the desired vibrancy on all over printed products without sacrificing the comfort and feel that other polyester-based sublimation apparel offers.

Meesha Group has worked directly with fabric mills and yarn suppliers to develop a yarn which allows the ink to have maximum induction to the fabric substrate. Traditionally, sublimation apparel has been heavily synthetic which poses a problem for high street retailers who require fabric bases to be fashionable.

Meesha Group believes this is the first T shirt that has been developed with the full range of sublimation services in mind.

The company is currently in talks with several British and European distributors at the moment, but it feels it is important to find the right partner who will represent its brand and values wholly. The T shirt is available to buy now as blank stock for garment decorators directly from Meesha Group.

The T shirt is available for both men and women in sizes XS to XXL.

Managing director, Raj Patel, said: “We are currently working on developing a new range of dye sublimation applications which have been specifically developed with our range of newly launched sublimation apparel in mind.

“As we control all aspects of our process in house starting with design, colour matching, printing, packing and delivery, the garment seemed to be a natural progression in to ensuring our supplied product is of the highest quality in the world.”

Meesha Group is also working on a yarn which is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles found in the Atlantic Ocean. This yarn will be introduced into BigiDeer’s sublimation apparel range later in the year.
