The greatest show in town

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is always an important show for Your Embroidery Services Ltd (YES Ltd). The team always look forward to filling the stand with the latest embroidery and direct to garment printing machines, but this year YES Ltd is breaking with tradition by creating specialist areas for each product. If embroidery is your thing, you will need to visit stand H22, whereas if it is DTG you are looking, for then head to stand H30 (don’t worry they are next door to each other).

On stand H22 you will be able to see the latest innovations from the world leading manufacturer SWF. This company has been responsible for some major breakthroughs in embroidery over the past few years. Ground breaking innovations such as the unique Dual Function series, which is the only machine on the market that allows you to embroider two different patterns and/or products at the same time, and the SWF KS tubular machines, which are the fastest tubular multi-head machines on the market. If you are looking for smaller machines, then you really need to check out the SWF MAN-12 and the SWF EN-TC. The former is a small footprint ultra quiet machine ideal for small and public environments, while the latter boasts an extra wide sewing field and comes complete with stand and SWF sewing technology. DTG Digital is well known in the direct to garment printing industry for driving new technology. The old saying of ‘where they lead others follow’ is easily attributable to this innovative manufacturer. They were the first to develop a bespoke print engine for this style of printer and the first to develop firmware that would produce quality prints at lower resolution, still a unique feature of DTG today. YES Ltd recently saw the launch of the M6 machine, which bridged the gap between small and bulk order production. With its 4-2-1 platen system, this machine offers the user the choice of printing multiple garments or large format products. What could be better? Well, how about a machine that is even faster, offers quad staggered print head array and even faster production – enter the new M8. This incredible machine really is an industrial workhorse that is ideal for those bulk orders. Running at trial speed of 720dpi, it can product 500+ light garments an hour – incredible. If, however, you want to concentrate on small orders or personalisation, then you need to check out the M2 and M4 machines.

With other products, such as Compress UV printing, Spangle attachment and Print Wizard transfer printing, you really cannot afford to miss out on H22 and H30.
