Trade textile supplier Golden Finishes started January with a move into a new 10,000sq ft premises in Caerphilly, South Wales.
The new manufacturing unit will be home to Golden Finishes’ customer service team, despatch team and production facilities which produce the ReadyRange brand of promotional textiles as well as over half a million badges per year, bespoke pennants, sashes, tablecloths and a comprehensive range of bespoke textile products for garment decorators and promotional products distributors.
Managing director, John Sheppard, said: “The move has given Golden Finishes a new lease of life – everything is new, fresh and cutting edge. We have worked hard to ensure that the move improves all aspects of our business, from improved customer service through our new booking software, to faster turnaround times. It’s an investment in our customers and gives us the scope to grow with them.”
