The doctor is in session at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019 as Roland DG hosts an all-encompassing Print Clinic.
Each day, members of the Roland DG team will spend an hour answering all your questions (if they’re related to the promotion industry of course!). Joe Wigzell heads up the Roland Academy and a big part of his job is answering queries on everything related to Roland’s products, from technical questions, to advice on diversifying a print business.
He said: “I’ve been running digital print courses for seven years now, and even today, the people attending always ask me questions I’ve never been asked before, and with our new series of webinars, I’ve got even more ways to find out what challenges our customers are facing.”
Joe will be joined by members of the Roland team from all areas in the organisation, so you can be sure to find someone there with the expertise to solve your problems. Although these sessions are hosted by Roland, Joe was quick to add that they are not strictly aimed at Roland users.
“We want to help out as many people as we can, regardless of the hardware they use or where they are in their print journey. If they want to know where to start with dye sublimation, we can give them the basics. Or, if they want to revitalise their business with a brand new product, we can help them work out where they should invest to get the quickest return. It’s all about the visitors, really.”
