Garment decorator Fire Label Merchandising joined big name brands such as ProCook and Virgin Experience Days in winning an award at the ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards, which were held on Thursday, June 14.
Fire Label won the award for Outstanding Customer Service – B2B.
The awards recognise business excellence for organisations engaged in direct to-customer retailing across traditional and newly emerging channels.
Fire Label’s managing director, Jim Turner, said: “We are blooming chuffed!
