The renowned Made-To-Order (MTO) service from Continental Clothing Co. is still leading the field in bespoke garment manufacture after nearly 20 years of setting the industry standards, producing high quality retail products in superior fabrics with ethical credentials.
Based on the extensive range of stock fabrics across the company’s four own brands – Continental, EarthPositive, Salvage, Fair Share – the MTO choice includes ring-spun super-combed cotton jerseys, certified organic cottons, bamboo viscose, lyocel Tencel, recycled polyesters, heathered mélanges, special yarn effects, garment dyes and washes. Additional MTO services cover garment printing (screen, transfer and DTG), embroidery, appliqué, labelling, kimballing and specialist packing. Available certifications: GOTS, Fairtrade, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex, Fair Wear, PeTA-approved.
The final retail-ready products conform to the stringent standards demanded by premium clothing retailers.
With a reputation for being Europe’s fastest bespoke service, the Continental MTO is currently offering lead times from as little as 21 days (delivered by air) from its Turkish factory. For larger volume orders and keener prices, the company’s factories in India and Bangladesh deliver bulk production by sea typically within 12 weeks. Minimum orders range from 500 units from Turkey to 1,500 units from south-east Asia.
Prototype development, colours matching, lab-dips and sampling are all part of the service.
