Custom Gateway partners with Midwest Machinery

Last year Custom Gateway pioneered a new workflow to enable embroidery on demand. This year the company has partnered with Midwest Machinery, the UK distributor for Happy embroidery machines, to demonstrate this workflow system in house.

In Custom Gateway’s new Personalisation Zone, based at the company’s Macclesfield head office, a single-head Happy embroidery machine has been set up so the team can demonstrate placing orders on a kiosk or website and starting production of a product in under a minute, where the finished embroidery file is created using the workflow system and the order is pushed to the Happy machine.

This coupled with Custom Gateway’s live stitch preview gives users a real competitive advantage.

Visitors to Custom Gateway’s Personalisation Zone will also be able to print and create products, test OMS workflow end to end, see hundreds of example products, plus much more.
