The Vega UVled curing system utilises the technology of LED to cure UV inks without the environmental impact of traditional curing systems.

Vega light modules

These UVled light systems are available in 6in sections and are designed to cure either screen printing ink or digital ink. The light spectrum is designed into the LED to create the optimum curing environment for each application.

For digital printing

Parameters for curing digitally printed materials are very specific. Single spectrum wavelength requirements of 395nm are delivered using a LEDuv bulb configuration. The Vega Light Module offers features designed for full production control.

For screen printing

Linx integration software

This is an essential component to the Vega product line. Linx provides complete control of the product, the cure of the product and the connection to your total production package.

Vega base modules

Available as stand-alone systems or to function with current production lines, each version is available in a variety of widths to accommodate many substrates.

Full system

Complete conveyor modules are available to bring the Vega system online. These units are available in 18-36in or 42-72in belt widths and provide a variety of features. With a focus on durability and production flexibility, these modules allow simple installation of the Vega into any production facility.
