Adelco takes on UK distributorship of Thermotron

It was announced last week that Adelco has become the UK distributor for Thermatron’s range of automatic packing machinery.

Thermotron has a comprehensive range of automatic machinery including folding, bagging, stacking and sealing machines, that are either modular or complete in design, to cater to individual company needs. These include:

STP1000 – Folding machine

The automatic folding machine STP1000 folds ready-made clothes quickly, silently and with precision. It requires just one operator and it is designed to perfectly fold various types and sizes of clothes.

The maximum production capacity is 5500 garments per eight hours.

 PV40 – Bagging machine

The new automatic PV40, automatically bags garments neatly from the automatic folding machine STP1000, without an additional operator, in polyethylene (PE) bags in the form of an envelope.

NT50 – Stacking machine

The NT50 automatic stacking machine stacks folded garments as they come from the STP1000 automatic folding machine.

KL55 – Sealing machine

The KL55 automatic sealing machine closes the bags that contain clothes coming folded and packaged from the automatic folding machine STP1000 and the bagging machine PV38 with adhesive tape fort a professional finish.

FX23 – Folding machine

The automatic folding machine FX23 is a low cost, semi-automatic folder that neatly and quickly folds clothes, silently and with precision. It functions independently and requires one operator. It is designed to fold T shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, undershirts, etc.
