Adelco is known throughout the industry for its range of conveyor textile dryers. Using the knowledge the team has gained from its past and current machines, in particular the Dual dryer, Adelco launched the Pro-Cure at FESPA in Berlin last year. This latest offering showcases all of the benefits you would expect from an industry leader such as being expertly crafted and manufactured to a high spec, being efficient and extremely economical. Due to Adelco’s advanced R& D department the Pro-cure has dual lint filters dramatically reducing cleaning maintenance and enables filers to be cleaned in seconds while the dryer is still running. With these filters, oven feed and exit extraction hoods built in and a double insulated wall the print room environment becomes more comfortable and productive.
The Pro-Cure is available in five belt widths with any length oven and is perfect for curing both digital and conventional textile ink systems. The Pro-Cure was immediately successful, and Adelco’s factory has had to run for 24 hours a day to fulfill orders.
This year at FESPA, Adelco will be adding to this range with a Twin Burner, Split belt version. This split belt has two burners, with independent time and temperatures on each belt, offering the flexibility of two dryers in one footprint. Cure polyester on one belt, cotton on the other.
